How will I receive my Store Credit?

Online Purchase Returns:You will be emailed a gift card credit within 3 business days of the delivery of your return.(We must have your email address to issue the emailed gift card).

Items must be unwornunwashedand free from deodorantperfume and all original tags must be attached.

If you receive a damaged item:

You will need to email us within 3 days from the date you receive your item(s). Please send an email and pic of damage to flower.child.kids@gmail.com we will not accept any damaged claims after 3 days from the date you receive it.

We do not guarantee items shrinking, etc. no exceptions will be made. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 10-day period or they will be rejected once they are received.You will need to return at your own expense. We will not issue an online store credit after the specified time--Do not attempt to return the items after the specified time or you will be responsible for the cost to ship it back to you.  We highly recommend you use delivery confirmation when sending back your order.

Where to send returns?

Exchanges or Store Credit on "Sale" items. All "Sale" items are Final Sales!

**Once we receive the return, we will issue a store credit that will be sent to your email address. You will apply that code at checkout, and it will deduct your store credit from your total. We process returns the same day we receive them.

Shipping & Drop Shipping

We strive to offer quick shipping! Most orders are shipped out in 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking info and should arrive within 3-7 business days. Occasionally with large orders, shipping may be slightly delayed.

Drop Shipping- To know if an item is a drop shipping item, please look at the item description on our website. It will say if the item is a drop shipping item in the description. Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 3 days of product delivery!Please feel free to contact us with any further questions.785-640-9491
